Tomato Bocconcini Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Servings: 1-2 | Prep time: 15-20 minutes
- 100 grams Kaslo Sourdough Buckwheat Pasta
- 1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, sliced in halves
- 1/2 cup mini bocconcini balls
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- Fresh cracked pepper and unrefined sea salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil water with a pinch of salt, add pasta and cook to desired firmness (5-8 minutes)
- Meanwhile, chop basil, tomatoes and garlic
- When pasta is finished cooking, let cool
- Add ingredients to cooled pasta
